GCH Co. Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by GCH Co. (“we”, “our”, “us”), including the website www.homebygch.com and membership-based home maintenance services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our Services are available to individuals age 18 and older who own or manage residential properties in our service areas. Commercial properties may be served under custom agreements.
3. Services Provided
We provide routine home maintenance services including power washing, caulking, filter replacements, seasonal checks, and minor repairs. All services are performed by qualified technicians or licensed professionals.
4. Memberships
- Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
- A 3-month minimum commitment is required for all new members.
- Clients may pause membership for up to 60 days once per year.
- Annual membership plans are pre-paid and non-refundable.
5. Scheduling & Access
- Service appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to all service areas.
- GCH Co. is not responsible for delays caused by locked gates, pets, or hazardous conditions.
6. Payments & Fees
- Payments are processed through secure third-party vendors (e.g., Stripe).
- Service fees may vary based on home size, membership tier, and add-on requests.
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or membership cancellation.
When someone goes to check out they need to have the option to select the different plan if they have over 2000 sq feet. The prices are listed in the service plans. Please add that to the checkout and to the backend.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Memberships may be canceled anytime after the 3-month minimum term.
- No refunds are issued for unused services or early cancellations on annual plans.
- Credits are not transferrable between accounts or months.
8. Limitations of Liability
- GCH Co. is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damage uncovered during service.
- We are not liable for electrical, plumbing, or structural issues requiring permits unless contracted separately.
- Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or pricing at any time. Notice will be provided to active members if material changes occur.
